Additional features to slider gallery ( EXPERTS ONLY )

I need someone to modify an existing jQuery Slider Gallery and add left and right buttons for me. I need this done in the following 3-4 hours, and the selected person needs to be available to chat via google talk or yahoo messenger. The gallery can be seen at he following link : [login to view URL] There are two small buttons positioned on the scroller bar, but those aren't what I want. I want the buttons positioned absolute over the container and be able to scroll smoothly. ( the slider bar needs to be moving on the same time ). The budget for this job is $30.
