Create Website from Landing Page Design

Hi i had this landing page design done....it is a really great design. I would like to take this design and convert it into my actual website. My current website is [login to view URL] I would like to take the landing page design and make it into my new website. So for this job you will have to be able to copy the design exactly...but in website form and add all the pages and links that i need. The format and layout will change but the basic design will not. The information from my old website will be copied and pasted to the new website. I've gotten many quotes...but the design is already done i just need it copied and put in website form. My budget is $100 and im looking for partner for 5 more websites. I attached the landing page design. I will give the project to someone who can prove they can copy the design or someone who can prove they are already working on the website and it looks good. Please see attached file and please prove to me you can copy the design or make something better.
