Create XHTML & CSS templates from PSD image files

NOTE: BEFORE YOU BID, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING - Please do not bid if you have never done this type of project. Please do not bid if are unable to complete this project within your specified time. >> Please provide me with similar projects that you have completed << ************************************************************************************************ I have 3 Photoshop (PSD) image files that need to be sliced, formatted and optimized into clean and valid XHTML and CSS2 templates. The files should NOT CONTAIN ANY HTML TABLES - PURE CSS2 ONLY! The final templates should be compatible and appear the same when viewed in any and every browser. The templates are for a media/video site. If you have experience in creating those types of design layouts, that is very good. I will supply you with the photoshop (PSD) files. The final XHTML and CSS files must be SEO (Search Engine Optimized). Every <DIV> box must be created from the supplied PSD files and optimized. The completed templates must be completely optimized for the fastest loading time without sacrificing the graphical appearance. The CSS stylesheets and images are to be placed separate folders. For each template, you will be required to setup at least one main stylesheet that includes a description for each style entry. You are required to complete the project (3 templates) within 3 to 4 days. Each template should be delivered for my review 24 hours after i receive confirmation from you that you have received the PSD file. After one template is completed, i will send you the next PSD file. You must keep in constant communication with me regarding any questions that you may have. You must agree to allow revisions until the project is completed to my satisfaction. You must be able to communicate daily via AIM, ICQ or MS Messenger. Good communication is very important :) Under US copyright law, i hold the copyright to all of the material that will be supplied to you, therefore all work created by the material that i provide to you shall also remain under the same copyrights. I am looking for a long term provider. I need a provider who is talented, trustworthy, good with communication and updates and can offer me great quality of work at reasonable rates. Thank you.
