Creative Corporate Website Design (HTML5/CSS3)

Hi Everyone! We are looking for a very creative graphic designer to help design our corporate website for our mobile marketing company. In total, we need to have 5 pages designed for the site and it should be in HTML5/CSS3 format. The site must also be able to run on all browsers (Firefox, Chrome etc.) and handheld devices (iPads, tablets etc.) Website Reference Details (features we like about each site that we want incorporated into ours) [login to view URL] - We would like the site to scroll from side-to-side - We want movement when the mouse is moved - depth perception (blurry images up close and sharper images in the back) [login to view URL] - We would like the design to have a feel of "fabric" or "linen" which are layered giving it some depth - We want our real life headshots to be attached to the designed bodies [login to view URL] - some smaller subtle movements throughout the site, we like the finer details [login to view URL] - We would also like to add some graphics on top of the base linen design that also appear to be "cut-outs", could also work with graphics cut from different types of fabric - again, animation similar to that of the rain drops is something we like [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] - We would also like some character animation using our faces to be continued throughout the site, almost like a story book feel as you navigate the site - take a look at how the man on the chair moves on the vision18 site
