Build an admin area

I am looking to have a cloud based admin area created for one of the companies i work with. Everything will need to be saved and stored in the cloud and accessible from anywhere in the world, i have the admin area created and i need to hire someone to help connect all the software correctly some which will be done via API's. The system will need to allow for multiple users to be able to login and have access to the admin area. We will need to integrate the following programs in to the admin area: - SERVICE CEO [login to view URL] (This will need to be done via API) - SAGE Accounting - Microsoft word - Microsoft excel - Emails - Calendar system They will also need the ability to upload files, save files to folders, create clients folders, search for saved files and generally managing client data. The most important thing is that nothing is ever lost on this system and it can be accessed from anywhere in the world. We also need this to be created so that we can offer it to different clients and businesses we work with around the world.
