Convert a Template to a Website

Please check mentioned application to see what's needed before making any bids as there would be just minor changes needed. Be aware that both apps should be multi language (5 languages) and we would provide and enter proper texts by ourselves. Basic website with administration is also needed ofc. Design is extremely important part of this project; do not bid if you cannot guarantee top design solutions; be aware that just 'good' design is not enough for this project. The project needs to be fully completed with all inside pages required = made 100% so only adding to [login to view URL] & iTunes is left when done. The first milestone should be an overall basic graphic design idea for the app for which a maximum $200 could be paid upfront. After the basic design form is accepted, the other milestones could be released upfront per each part of work seperately. After each part of the project is completed a full source code should be provided. The only thing required later regarding the milestones is that the last part = 25% of the project is paid when everything is 100% completed, tested and a full source code is provided for every single work done (= when only adding apps to [login to view URL] / iTunes is left). We expect to be around 8 milestones in total (please include expected timeframes for each one seperately). Thanks for your offers.
