Design 1 page website PSD + HTML

We are looking for a website design for one page. The website is for an artist who makes their own paintings. The title is "The Golden Book". For this page we would like to have something similar and a mix of the following pages: [login to view URL] here we like the picture frame and the navigation bar very much, as well as a background in retro style. The color scheme is also very nice. On the other hand we like the following site, too, maybe we can create a mix of both aspects for the index page? Here it is: [login to view URL] Here we mainly like the main photo of the artist and the signature style image. I think we could use a layout similar to the first reference, and add the photo of the artist with her signature beside the picture frame. IMPORTANT: The artist likes modern websites with a touch of retro style (see first site example, this is modern, but retro at the same time). They also like very much the color "GOLD". A typical symbol for the artist is a drawn feather, and it would be great if we could apply this somewhere. In case you are using special fonts, please also include them.
