Basic Company Website and Initial SEO Work

We are a startup on line consumer lending company offering payday loans. Our interest is to create a substantial enough web site that will generate relevance with all search engines. This is a pre-launch site as we are not commencing trade yet. The project scope is as follows: 1. Setup a basic company website which is very SEO friendly and can get decent rankings in Google, Yahoo and Bing. 2. The website does not have to be dynamic but static with around 10 pages. 3. There needs to be an ability to add a wordpress blog and make it simple enough for a non tech person to add articles. The website can be hosted on a linux environment with capability to set up wordpress blog. 4. Submit key words to key search engines and track how the search ranking is working. 5. Provide several links to add news sources, updates news articles on the main page. So even the website is static it needs to have a couple of dynamic linked pages which are easy to add links to 6. We will provide logos and some graphics which have been professionally designed All the graphics and design based on what we already have to allow the project to be completed within 14 days.
