Create Joomla 1.5 Menu & Sub Menus for Existing Site

We are working on a site that requires two menus be combined into one article and an additional menu be added. So say a menu currently exists on one page as: + Prams - 3 wheel - 4 wheel and on another page as: + Clothes - newborn - 0-3 months We need both menus to be on one page in one left-hand navigation panel so (when not expanded) it becomes + Prams + Newborns All of the subcategory menu items would remain the same underneath these respective headings. A little further down, we would like a new menu module called "Documentation" - similar to the way that 'Products by Category' is separated from the main menu on this page, for example ([login to view URL]) which can just have sample submenu links inserted for the meantime. We would not like this published until approval but would like the ability to preview it through a hidden link. There are no changes to how the menu is styled at this stage - we simply require that the hierarchy be created. We need a quick turnaround - 48 hours max.
