Design OS commerce site and integrate with ebay

Hi, I have registered a domain and have hosting, etc. However I require someone with experience to redesign the standard os commerce shop to my specification...a flash header and redesigned layout. Also I would like to be able to send customers who bought from ebay to my site. I should be be able to update products for both ebay and the site at once. Rather than creating an ebay listing and then also adding a product on my site. So overall I need an os commerce site designed to my specification and then this integrated with my ebay account. If someone has experience with this in the past they will be preferred, and someone with this experience will not find this a difficult task, from what I have googled! Thanks Riaz
