Company Web Design

I hope I checked off all the boxes necessary in the job type categories! I am a small business owner looking to develop our company website from scratch. I have contacted some large web development companies who have said that they are not willing to take on such a large project! I need some genius programmers and designers eager to be apart of what appears to be ground-breaking systems. I will require the signing and agreement of detailed NonDisclosure Agreements. The best example I can give of the "design studio" that will be the basis of the website is the following: (this is JUST AN EXAMPLE - its not the actual project - its the idea behind the design studio) Picture a site where a client wishes to design and customize a dining room table. Where the client can click on a picture of the shape of the table top, legs, chairs, color, drawers, fabric on the chair etc. and see a visual representation of the design in real time on the screen. The program and site must have various templates where one just choses a template and customizes it, OR is given a clean slate where they can build it piece by piece. There needs to be a format where each client must create an account to access the design studio and can save their work as they go before they order and purchase it. This particular aspect of client accounts is important because we will be testing the site for an undetermined period of time and will like to be able to test interest in the design process and also the prices of the designs for purposes of our projected financial analysis for our business plans. There will be approximately 400 variable components in the design studio and the most important aspect is the VISUAL REPRESENTATION of the designs... We are located in New Jersey and will only consider reputable professionals in the local area as this is a project that will require a lot of personal conferencing.
