Clone 1 page on HTML5, easy and quick job.

Hey guys, I need one single page to be cloned from that one but with #67268c colors instead of dark green: <[login to view URL]> What I need is: 1) Clone just one page that you see - you can grab the pictures and texts as they are, I don't mind. 2) I need menus on both sides, not only on the left hand side. 3) separate CSS, images and html in different folders 4) Make sure the page looks the same in IE and Firefox 5) Pay attention that when you resize that page - the content resize as well, I need the sam ebehavioure 6) MOST IMPORTANT: there should be #67268c as the main color everywhere, not green 7) IMPORTANT: the page must be div oriented.
