Create a web template for a PDF marketing document

I would like a webpage that I can put on my current site The page will be password protected to internal employees only This will be a template where I can import, type text, or cut / paste information, jpg, tiff, or other image files. This information will come from multiple sites. I would like a picture of the item, and also a spot for the logo of the customer The web template should have a top banner with our logo, and a little information about Vineyard Imprints. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I can send additional files as required I would like to be able to have 1 or up to 4 or maybe 6 items on a page each item will have quantity range ( this can be unique by item ) 1 to 36, 37 to 72 etc there should be 3 or 4 ranges available Description, and picture should also be available I am attaching 2 samples. the finished product should be easy to use, and easy to save as a PDF. The format can and should change, I would like for it to be 1 or 2 pages no cover page needed. it needs to look more professional and polished when done the plan is to go to a website, have a template that has company name, contact information, terms and conditions already there, and very simply enter specific information about the items, save as a PDF, and print or Email based on the customer additional suggestions or ideas are welcome call or email any questions Thanks
