Decreasing Web Page Load Times

Decreasing Web Page Load Time I need to reduce my websites load time without compromising too much on how it looks. My site is built on wordpress using the "thesis" theme. Total Size right now is: 429,543 bytes I want this brought down to around 150,000 bytes or under 100,000 bytes. but again, we need to make sure we dont compromise the quality of the site. you must have previous experience. please show examples.
