Country selector page

We will code a page for you to manage (add, edit, delete) countries - name and upload flag image, sub directory url or external site url. These will show in drop-down list and on selecting one, will open the subdirectory or external link in a new window. Please share the site where this page needs to be integrated - does it already have an admin section or we need to create it from scratch (admin login, logout etc.). Also share some country subdirectories for testing. Above details and inputs will help me to assess scope of work precisely. I will revise / confirm my bid accordingly. Detailed specifications and inputs will also help me to make an informed commitment and deliver as required.
