Basic web template / logo / favicon

I need a very basic website created. It will be one page, with some text and a link to a forum. The template background will be the same colors as the circular shaped logo, that you create for me. I will also need a favicon. I will depend on your creative design, without much input or direction from me. I need this website to be very basic html. So, I can change things at any time. If I need to create more pages for this site, I should be able to easily edit this page to create those pages. No images can be hosted anywhere, other my own web host. No flash or slow images. When this is completed, I will get started on more complex websites that you could also make, if everything goes smooth.
