ONLINE FASHION PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM How It Works FASHION STORE REGISTERS ON SYSTEM 1. Fashion stores are registered on the system location by location 2. Products at the stores are described, pictured, counted and assigned codes for identification and uploaded unto the online system SYSTEM 3. The System aggregates the stores that have product with same attributes such as description, picture and code and creates a database of stores with the same product. 4. Products are displayed for sale on the online system. EVERYDAY SOCIAL MEDIA USERS BECOMES AFFILIATES 5. Everyday social media users who would like to maximise their timelines by making money from it registers along side with their social media account url to become affiliate on the system. 6. Affiliate logs into the system and select a product to share on his timeline. Once he shares a product on his timeline, the social media url, the product it shared and prospect’s browser ID is cached as cookie on our server for the next 30 days. This is so that when next the prospect decides to buy the product directly (not through the social media url), through the browser ID, our system will recognize the social media url that the prospect first saw the product and credits the account of the affiliate with commission after purchase and delivery is made. SYSTEM 7. Once an order of a product is made, the system matches the location (registered at checkout) of the customer with fashion store with the same location (registered at signup) as the customer using local government as matching criteria for fast delivery. 8. All fashion stores within the customer’s local government that have the product code ordered for are notified of the order. The first fashion store that accepts the order will make the sale. Once the order has been accepted by one fashion store, if any other fashion store clicks “Accept” after the first, the system will return a message that “This order has been accepted by another seller”. DELIVERY 9. The product is shipped by the fashion store. 10. Once product is accepted in good condition, then customer card is debited upon fashion store owner’s clicked on delivered.
