I'm in need of an ecommerce system to be developed for a virtual goods platform.
I'd like to incorporate several payment gateways, a simplistic template website/proper GFX incorporated.
Important attributes for developer:

What I need:
Ecommerce System – Need information from developer regarding what ecommerce system would be most ideal – Magento, OpenCart, Etc.
Anti-Fraud Information – I'm in need of information regarding best how to combat fraud through virtual good sales. I have some vague information about the subject, but if somebody can incorporate systems to further help prevent fraud, I'd be keener on hiring for this reasoning.
Payment methods – I'd like to incorporate the most profitable payment gateways that I can. Must payment gateways are: PayPal, Skrill, Western union (Live Chat), MoneyGram (Live Chat).
What I'd like to add: Direct credit card processing (safely – to avoid chargebacks), Google checkout, other recommended payment gateway (online bank transferring gateways, BTC, etc.)
