Build an Online Store - Travel Services Shopify Site

I've set up a very basic template in Shopify for my store, but I'm really looking for some help to accomplish a couple of things: 1. First, to just make it look nice. The store will be selling travel services, focusing primarily on Las Vegas, so I'd like to add some nice background photos of Las Vegas, etc, and really make the site look actually appealing. 2. Second is more a logistical item. I plan on starting off by offering 2 different levels of service (i.e. two "products" in the Shopify store). The basic product, which is already entered, but will likely need some tweaking, is just offering travel advice. I would like to be able to set it up where when the person puts the service in their shopping cart for $9.99, they have the ability to enter some information about what they would like information regarding: for example, dates of travel, hotel location preference, specific hotel preference, anything else that they'd like information on (shows, dining, etc). I haven't figured out how to actually add fields where people can add that information. My other level of service will be the "Platinum Package". I would envision someone purchasing this if they already purchased the basic package, liked the information they got, and then they're looking to just have me book the entire trip for them. I'm not sure how to handle the logistics of this within Shopify. The actual booking fee is $29.99, and in my head, I would see them adding that to their shopping cart, along with again all of the pertinent information (travel dates, etc, etc, anything else they want me to know), but since I would be booking the travel arrangements for them outside of Shopify, I would need to be able to invoice them within Shopify for all of that, and then have them pay it, and I book everything. I am open for suggestions on how to best accomplish this.
