Build an eBay store

We need eBay pages to be DESIGNED, BUILT& PROGRAMMED (HTML etc) to a FULL WORKING standard. We need EXPERIENCED people (NO TIME WASTERS AND INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE). We will not accept ridiculous qoutes so please provide your BEST offers to be considered. Check these sites and if you feel you cannot do at least to this standard then do not proceed and offer to do the job. We want better than these standards. 1. We will need the Homepage, listing Template, About Us, P ayments, Delivery Info, Returns, Size Guide, Contact Us. The homepage and the template will probably be the bulk of the work as the remainder of pages is mainly to include the coding you make for the homepage/template and the text we have written for each of the pages. 2. We have created a step by step guide of what we want. We have the images and hosting. We have had someone begin the work and so far the banner and the catergories drop down menu are also done for you but need tidying. 4. The stores must be mobile ready. 5. We need this completed within 3 days max.
