Coding and Animating Simple 3D Web Game for PC's and Devices

I'm looking for someone to animate images I have made in Photoshop, into a 'model home-virtual tour' style interactive click-able game. I am a musician and artist and want this web game to be released with my upcoming album. So the game will feature music from the album. For example: inside a house, you are in the kitchen... There is various objects in the kitchen that are 'click-able'. You click on the cd player on the bench, then a song from the album will play... and then you click on the fridge and you zoom into the fridge and see all the food in there, but have the song on the cd player still playing in the background...? With interest... I will elaborate further of course. I dont want anything too fancy, as I said i'm a musician and an artist so $$$ is something i'd like to have a lot of... But I don't... Yet... But if I like your work, there will be more work in the near future. The weirder the better please. I want it to be simple but weird.
