My client has an existing site hosted in a custom java based CMS. The site design is not responsive to mobile devices. We need an interface engineer to convert the existing site templates to responsive ones while retaining the existing design where possible. (Changes may be made as needed for mobile usability.) The site is not a complex one, there might be 6 page templates all together. Existing media (photos) will need to be used without revision. The site must remain in the current CMS, it cannot be converted to Wordpress. Please don't bid if Wordpress is your only expertise, thank you.
