Enhance website [login to view URL] [login to view URL] is a vacation rental website that features “by-owner” vacation rental homes rentals, vacation rental condominiums, fishing guides reservation, boat rental, golf course reservations, and other vacation attractions. All of the services are located within the Southwest Florida communities of Cape Haze, Boca Grande, Palm Island, Manesota Key, Englewood, Placida, and Don Pedro Island. I need the following features. 1.) Create a beautiful high impact home page that gives an inviting first impression to would-be Florida Vacation rental customers encompassing Vacation Rental properties, Fishing Guides, Boat Rental, Beach and Golfing. The primary focus of the business is the Florida Vacation Rental Condominium. 2.) Menu to include: a. About Us b. Contact Us c. Location (where we are, map) d. Media e. Photos & Videos f. Guest Book & Guest photo uploads g. Subscribe to newsletter for specials h. Special Deals i. Testimonials j. Blog k. Travel Ideas l. Real Estate m. Area Shopping n. Tide chart o. On Site Shopping 3.) In addition to the normal menu items include a tab or other link to each the following from the home page and create a landing page for each; a. Vacation Rental Condominiums and Homes b. Fishing Guides c. Water Sports & Boat Rental d. Golf Courses Restaurants e. Beaches f. Vacation packages g. Parks and trails h. About the area (overview and history of each community) i. Condominium Communities and Neighborhoods j. Other Area attractions 4.) The website should be configured to include all of the social media bookmarks such as Facebook 5.) Within each of the Categories in item #3 above, create one individual “template” page for each establishment, that can be replicated. The template for each category needs to be specific to that category. Each individual page will be populated by data stored in a database. You will be supplied with the Database fields. 6.) A database maintenance module will need to be designed which allows authorized users to maintain the data on their specific enterprise. 7.) Each Property Owner and each fishing guide must be able to log in and maintain their own availability calendar. The calendar is not public, but used for our booking service. 8.) The system will need an admin section, so authorized administrator can modify any data. 9.) A blog will be created so that articles can be written to complement the various properties and services. 10.) Title, and description and other meta tags will be generated by fields in the data base. 11.) Include a reciprocal link page allowing for testing of referral links, and turn on/turn off of reciprocal link. 12.) Each page will allow for multiple photo uploads, and video uploads. 13.) A page template that will pull in feeds to generate automatic content based upon given key word… for example, if we use the keyword “Englewood florida”, the page will display an abstract of the most recent website and blog entries using a technology such as google trends. 14.) A Search box to search all onsite page content. 15.) Individual pages must have human readable page names, even if database generated. Example “[login to view URL]” instead of “condominiums/[login to view URL] 16.) Include a section on each page for google ads… should be discrete, we do not want to look like an advertising website. 17.) There are a lot of separate items, so it important to create a “look” so that the pages do not look cluttered. This project can be quoted in Phases… Phase 1 would include a manual version of all categories, including a template page for each category, and a template for an enterprise within each category. Example there must be a Fishing Category page. And there must be a template for a specific fishing establishment such as “Tail and Fin Backwater Guides” Phase 2 would be a database driven version of the same. Important: Partial bids will be considered. If you do not feel qualified to bid the entire project, you may be awarded a winning bid for any specific component. I am able to supply specific content and photos. We are flexible as to choice of language. Ease of maintenance is important.
