Our project is to change how financial literacy is delivered to Australians. We are currently in the process of developing a suite of content consisting of infographic style videos and interactive activities that provide information on key superannuation concepts. Here's an example: [login to view URL] What we need is a developer who can help us develop the website and hybrid mobile app to house this content. The app needs to simply display a splash screen, and then show users up to 9 or so units that they can click on. Clicking on each unit will then load a video (streamed from YouTube, for example). Most of the units will be video based and can simply be streamed, however there are a couple of simple interactive activities that you will also need to develop for us. Here is an example: [login to view URL] Graphic design will be provided, so you will only need to help with the web development / mobile development component. What we want in our app: - Something that looks professional, modern, intuitive, and smooth to use. - Ability to track anonymous analytics (which videos were most popular) - Ability to submit feedback to us - Works on all major mobile platforms (iOS, Android, for both phone and tablet) What we don't need in our app: - User accounts - GPS or location services - Payment systems Budget open to negotiation. We believe the above project is 'simple'... however we can discuss the total budget.

I understand that you need hybrid app which will work on all systems + website. For hybrid app the best way is to use Phonegap and Ionic framework, as for the website we can use e.g Laravel framework

Based on your description system will require two parts, first one being server backend that will handle client requests and second part will be client itself. Client can be developed as native solution for each of the platforms (Android, iOS) or as a hybrid app that will target both systems.
