Please quote a price for entire job in your response (not hourly rate) A service similar to ubur or GoCatch in australia where we match a locksmith with a customer that is locked out or in need of an emergency locksmith. An iPhone app, Android app and Responsive Wordpress website required. Locksmiths can download the app and log in as a Locksmith awaiting customers to post a job. Locksmiths would need to fill in a form with their details and upload a picture of their [login to view URL] licence, [login to view URL] security licence, [login to view URL] licence, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] liability and [login to view URL] registration. Admin would then manually approve once all are uploaded and form filled out. All locksmith profile details would be clickable by the customers. Locksmith would also input Credit Card Details. A set fee would be deducted from the locksmiths credit card every time a job is successfully received by him. Bank account details would also be required when locksmith signs up for when customers wish to pay via the app, so we can deposit funds to the locksmith. When a customer posts a job, the locksmith is notified and can then "request the job" from the customer after they have input their Price/quote based on what the customer has imputed, and an ETA (estimated time of arrival) Customers can log in and view all the locksmiths in real time on the interactive map that is centered on where the customer is. When customers "request a locksmith" customers input their address of the job which confirms a marker on the map, type of lock job (ie House lockout /car lockout / lost all keys to my car) and phone number and you hit "request an emergency locksmith" the job is notified to all the locksmiths in their vicinity starting with the closest to furthest with a 50km limit. It will show on the customers page how many locksmiths have been notified and how many viewed. Once locksmiths have clicked "requested the job" from the customer, the customer will see a list of all the locksmiths that have requested the job. The customer can view a list their location, prices/qutes and an eta they have imputed. The customer can then accept the job from one of the locksmiths in the list. Locksmiths that have requested the job will be notified when they have been successful or unsuccessful. The customer can have the option to pay the locksmith directly (no need to enter credit card) or enter Credit card and pay through the app. All funds would be debited into our account and a report feature to notify what locksmiths are owed money from us. A report also generated for each locksmith after each job with a job number. Also a report emailed to the customer with the job number. Once the customer has accepted the request from the locksmith the app then tracks their location en route to the job. Customer can view them approach their location and post instant messages to each other. Once the job is completed the customer can rate the locksmiths service out of 5 stars. Locksmith average ratings can be displayed on each locksmith profiles. If the customer wishes to pay via the app, the locksmith enters the price at the end and the customer hits approve payment once the price has been viewed. The locksmith gets immediately notified that payment has been approved by the customer. Initially for the Australian market but possibly expanded at a later date.
