Cold Fusion VPN send and receive

1) CFFunction to send a text file to a VPN address and port (Text file construction not in the scope of work and a sample will be provided) - receive and store to a variable object the VPN receivers acknowledgment text file message that will be returned. 2) Cold Fusion "Listener" to receive from specific VPN address and port when a message is sent at anytime without notice. Store the received text message to a variable object and return an acknowledgment text file to the sender (Acknowledgement text file construction not in the scope of work and a sample will be provided).
