Build a Website

Imbibe is a flavor and beverage development company. We are looking to build a new website with clearly defined pages, web technologies and functions. We have an in-house creative team but we are looking to hire someone to execute the development. Freelancer’s job would be 2 parts: 1. To build the website based on a Wordpress template, some customization involved. All copy and imagery provided by Imbibe. 2. To build a horizontal parallax scrolling launch page within the Wordpress site using vector files provided by Imbibe. Details: The structure of the website will be a straightforward Wordpress site for the Home, About Us Media and Contact pages: [login to view URL] The Beverage Development section, however, will be more focused on storytelling and we will utilize “case studies” to tell short stories about our company. The Beverage Development page would be an illustrated horizontal parallax scrolling launch page that will feature (link to) 3-5 cases/stories at a time. The cases themselves are TBD and will be separate pages. The launch page should look something like this: [login to view URL] The horizontal parallax illustration would be a visual of our facility and each section/frame would be a different room. Those rooms would contain an object that will lead you to a case study. Because we will only feature 3-5 cases at a time, we will need to incorporate future updates from the very beginning. This means we will need to draw and code up to 10 rooms, but only make 3-5 visible/pannable. The other rooms will zoom by until we are ready to use them. In the future, those other rooms will be “turned on” and specified objects will be “enabled” for case study navigation. I have attached our original brief, which describes the project planning that has led to the Wordpress + Parallax section. Everything within the brief is required for this project, including SEO, web responsive integration and security. The website sitemap is also attached. Requirements for project application: 1.
