Adding CSS to limit width of images uploaded via Comment Images plugin

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.7.1, using the theme Weaver II Pro 2.1.1 The site has 146 active plugins. My test site is [login to view URL] What I need? I am using the plugin Comment Images [login to view URL] This plugin gives readers the ability to upload an image to their comment from the comment form. What I want - currently the is no limit to the width of the image displayed, for images uploaded via the plugin See for example [login to view URL] What I want - I want that images wider then a set size - 600 pix, will be re sized so that they will be in 600 pix width, without changing image proportions.I want to be able to change this width in the future. How I want this done? Freelancer shall send me CSS to add to Jetpack's CSS editor, to achieve the requested result. Freelancer shall not have access to my sites. I saw a discussion on this on the support site of the plugin. I could not implement the suggested solution.
