BuddyPress expert needed

I need some tweaks done to my buddypress site ([login to view URL]). There's 10 adjustments, here they are: Before you read the adjustments, please note these following requirements: ? must have good English communication. ? an expert at BuddyPress. ? must be able to complete these changes by this Thursday. ADJUSTMENTS 1. Sign up form is not working properly if user accidentally uses uppercase in username the profile type can't be changed. 2. When I click on the agent representing in the players profile, it takes me to the 'Players Profile' page. Can that go to the agents profile instead? 3. The Club & Agent Listings, the layout is a little untidy, can you recommend a better layout keeping in mind that there will be 500+ listings? 4. Players Profile: Can you add this field please. - Passport Held (to go below Country Living in) - Change 'About' for 'Player's Bio' 5. Agents profile: - Change 'Agents Contact URL' to 'Agents Website' - Change 'About' for 'Agent's Bio' 6. Remove gallery from profiles. (I don't want users to upload images). ADDITIONAL ADJUSTMENTS 7. Add video to players profile. Make video standout above the name. If they don't have video then format profile as normal (screenshots attached). If players can have the option to add the embed code at signup as well as after signup. 8. Add a recruiters profile, exactly the same as agent but recruiter can not represent. 9. Add coaches profile. Fields: -Name: -Date of birth: -Country living in: -Passport Held: -Highest Level Coached: -Availability: -Coach Seeks: eg. Accomodation, Airfares, Employment, Match Fee, Retainer, Vehicle (coach can add what ever they seek) -Agent Representing: (same feture as players) -Coache's Bio: 10. I want to charge $99/year for the agents and recruiters memberships. Is it possible to give the first year free and then start charging after that. I don't want to take any payment details until it is time to re-register on the 2nd year. Is this possible? Please let me know if you have any questions.
