I know that is for 3 wordpress installs, you didnt point that out for the bidders. 1º backup 2º cleanup large files that are not used on the server (installs) 3º backup wordpress install only 4º update wordpress & test 5º update plugins & test 6º cleanup unused plugins (with your assistance) 7º setup CDN on Boxes & Blog 8º update php version (bluehost) 9º update phpmyadmin & mysql 10º confirm websites working fine with the server updates 11º install admin menu plugin & organize the wordpress menus for easier access. 12º install Maldet on server & setup daily scan and report to francisdoody mail & subscriptionboxramblings 13º analyse server performance and see if upgrade memory or cpu is required 14º confirm server backups are running properly and if there is enough space. 15º check files & folder permissions and fix if any is wrong. 16º delete old logs 17º update htaccess for each blog with badbots blocking. 18º setup google analytics for each blog 19º setup google webmaster for each blog 19.1º generate sitemap for each blog and submit to webmaster 19.2º set analytics to send monthly report to Jen.

Hi there. Do you have a VPS? What O/S are you running (usually its CentOS or Ubuntu ) on it? I'll optimize your VPS first, update wordpress, phpmyadmin, mysql etc. Close any unnecessary ports (for security ), install Webuzo (to easily manage your VPS) or cPanel (license required. I recommend webuzo). Then, I'll optimize your WordPress, make it SEO optimal, remove unnecessary plugins etc. I am proposing $200 as I am new on freelancer (I do have old profiles on other freelancing websites, which I can tell you upon request).
