blog css needs fixed and adjust comment box

$11 is my budget, do not bid over it. --- when i go to my blog page it's fine, however, when I click onto a post the CSS changes. I need this fixed. I need my comment portion tied with my CSS and looking better, it looks like crap right now. I want to use the default comment box,, not the customized one thats there now, i want it to be stacked [Name] [Email] [Comment] (social icons moved down here) The comment box needs to look like it belongs. The words "Community Comments" need to say "Recently Added Comments" That is it, I would need this done within the hour.
