Hi! I can complete this project within 6 days. I'm good at jQuery/Javascript. I can add jQuery UI for the progress bar, and since I don't know how exactly you want this integrated into wordpress, I can only confirm that I can create this calculator as a separate wordpress page/post. I'm good at CSS too, and so I can easily create this calculator in table form and add css to it...
