Automation of Amazon, ebay and website integration with 1stoporders.com

We currently sell products on line. These products are sold via Amazon UK, Amazon DE, Amazon FR, Ebay UK and in Europe. We also have our own UK based website (and will be setting up two or three more websites this year so the system must be expandable). Processing of orders is very time consuming. We've started to integrate these with [login to view URL] and it's working really well as far as Amazon goes - We download the orders as a batch using Amazon Reports, process them and upload them back into Amazon. We're getting our heads around integrating Ebay too - We're having to manually 'tick' the orders to process, then we're pressing the download button etc. We'd like to cut out the 'ticking' process and get these orders into 1stoporders automatically! What I really want is to automate much of this system so that I don't have to log on to Amazon UK, download orders into 1stoporders, then do the same with Amazon DE them Amazon FR. Then going through the same processes with Ebay. Then we've got the website... My vision is this:- I'd like to a system which performs the routine downloads at set time intervals. Or possibly a single button (or a series of buttons) on a webpage which initiates all the relevant downloads without the need for me to enter Amazon Passwords, Ebay Passwords, website passwords (although I'll need the system to accommodate password changes when required). The system should then import the orders into 1stoporders (which has a good import/export facility). Once I've processed the orders, these then need to be uploaded back into Amazon to show items have been dispatched, tracking numbers etc (I'm doing that at the moment although I'd like to have a single button on a webpage to cut out much of the manual clicking etc.). I'm not sure if you can do the same with Ebay but that wuld be useful. I'd want the same with the website too (Our website uses Zencart and unfortunately 1stoporders doesn't offer Zencart integration at present though they're hoping to next year). We'd also welcome any further suggestions on what a potential system might be able to do. Seeing sales in 'real time' would be a great benefit if it can be achieved?? ## Deliverables In addition to the outline above, I would like the system to show any eBay and Amazon messages.. I would like the program to autorefresh as new sales come in. I am very open to suggestions of how all this might fit together but the emphasis has to be on designing a simple system that is easy to manage. I would also like the vWorker to suggest other things that they think they could add to this package that would be of benefit to me. The system should be so simple to use, my 89 year old grandmother can operate it.
