Custom programming and plugin to existing SQL application

Specifications for programming for a moving company We are about to purchase a dispatch software that is based on SQL and they have developed a nice mobile application to work with the field technicians. they have developed it for the HVAC industry and we want to modify it to fit the moving industry. We are looking for a team of developers that can create a separate plugin (it is critical it be a separate plugin so it does not hack the core code) that will give us additional functionality for our moving company. They use an SQL database that is of an open architecture and we have permission from the Desco software owners to create our plugin. Desco has stipulate that they do update their fields and code periodically so this is why we are looking for a separate plugin. 1) Write a script to import an XML file and map to correct fields in the database 2) Write automation to auto populate PDF files with fillable fields 3) Create additional functionality with several tabs with custom fields 4) modify mobile app to reflect the changes above.
