Develop framework for iPad ios from existing assets used in Adobe Air desktop app

Current structure consists of HTML, XML data, images, and PDFs. Using this structure, we developed a desktop application in Adobe Air. It is a very simple presentation, with multiple pages, with one very important difficult problem for IOS. On each page, there are external PDFs that need to be launched inside of the application for viewing, printing, etc. This works flawlessly in Adobe Air, using a simple, self-contained pop-up viewer for each PDF. On the iPad, we do NOT want the application to launch a separate PDF reader but would like the PDFs to be contained inside the application, as they are in the Air app. This may require that all the PDFs be converted to .swf or some other compatible format. There are over 100 PDFs. We would provide you with 1 or 2 pages of the HTML presentation (html, navigation scheme, XML data, ability to open PDFs) as well as some sample pages of the Adobe Air application we built. In return I need the source code and working example of the ios version which we will then use to build out the rest of the presentation. Please provide work samples of other IOS applications you have built.
