Market research and technical evaluation – Flooring comparison Report for the Australian market We are a one of Australia’s leading polished companies and wish to supply and information sheet to compliment marketing material for our Mirafloor polished concrete system, which is widely installed in architectural, industrial, retail and domestic situations to both new and existing concrete and construction projects. Require a research paper and report undertaken that analyses the life-cycle, environmental impact (both to human health and natural environment )and cost of the following commercial flooring types, focused on the Australian sector with emphasis of advantages of polished concrete flooring compared to others. A brief summary of each outlining advantages / disadvantages in comparison to Polished Concrete, particularly in relation to cost and lifecycle of nominated coverings is required. Coverings include: Polished Concrete Epoxy flooring Vinyl Carpet Epoxy Timber Ceramic / Porcelain tile Timber Terrazzo Requirement for the following information in regards: Chart of lifecycle cost for nominated floor finishes Floor comparison chart All information references must be stated for checking and included in appendix It is envisaged this will be a web based search of relevant sources from architectural, trade, engineering websites and environmental research or technical papers. Information will be presented in an editable format such as word that can be laid out by our nominated marketing company. Example of type of material that has been produced previously will be supplied to assist with concept comprehension but must be original in it’s delivery.
