Accounting company looking for an Administrative Assistant. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally. Duties include, but not limited:  scheduling work for clients (both on phone and email),  customer service  light cleaning and warehouse operation  Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying  Perform data entry and scan documents  Type correspondence and reports; edit and update various spreadsheets  Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying Must be fluent in both English, Spanish speakers are preferable. Proficient using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks. Strong communication, customer service and computer skills are vital.

This included multiple hundreds of scholarships, thus involved researching and locating online of important data as well as conversion to the relevant format and entry of the data. I am a fast worker, diligent and have strong attention to detail. I intend to focus wholly on this project if I get chosen and am willing to work more hours if required.
