Good day. I would like to work with you. I have a one time project correcting, updating and creating financial statements and reports for a 152 units/tenants condo association in Florida. I am confident I can maintain your association's Quickbooks Online and generate relevant reports for you, too. For example, the condo association I mentioned required that aside from the monthly receivables and prepaid maintenance income aging summary report be generated, as well as the prepaid insurance amortization and the profit and loss and balance sheet. I have added the receivable aging summary in my portfolio. It took the most time reconciling because the previous bookkeeper separated the prepaid maintenance income from the receivables account in Quickbooks Online. The only requirement that I cannot comply with you would be the monthly meeting in Washington DC. If only we could meet online for the meeting, I would really love to take this job. I have a degree in accounting and more than five years of accounting work with 6,600+ hours tracked in the Upwork platform. My usual accounting software is Quickbooks Online and I have QBO Certification from the US version. I can also work with Xero, Zoho Books, Wave, and other accounting software.
