SENIOR ACCOUNTING AND TAX STAFF

Qualification : WILL BE LOCATED IN VIETNAM - HO CHI MINH CITY - Female - 30-35 yo - Bachelor Degrees - Certified Accounting / CPA is a plus - Experience in accounting and tax min 5 years - Familiar with VAS ( Vietnam Accounting System ) - Must have technical skill : Balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement, consolidated report - Challenge : ASSISTING DIRECTORS IN PRODUCING AND STRUCTURING FINANCIAL REPORT - Must have a soft skill : INDEPENDENT 10 OBJECTIVE 10 ACCURATE 10 - Must have core competence : Big Thinker & Agile, Candor in Valuing Themselves, Reliable, Golden Player, Part of Solution - Typical Task : Monitoring the preparation of subsidiary financial statements for the preparation of holding financial statements for directors Job Desc : - Implement the standard process of preparing subsidiary to consolidated financial statements (Cash flow statement, Income statement, Balance sheet) - Evaluate the implementation of internal control and risk management in accordance with the holding policy. - Coordinating the readiness of the company's children to prepare a comprehensive Profit and Loss report - After producing the Financial Report, with the help of the accounting team, create a standard report as follows: - Assessment of efficiency and effectiveness in each department - Provide suggestions for improvements and objective information about accounting administration activities carried out - Report on various company risks that may be encountered in the implementation of tasks and can be follow up by the management - Actively perform other tasks that are felt to be necessary in an effort to complete the above tasks
