I can build each page for $5 USD per page. That would be for standard page by page (page-turner) programming. However I specialize in interactivity and could incorporate media or game design. Relevant Skills and Experience I have been a government contractor building e-learning courses for the military/VA for five years. I have been working with SCORM/LMSs since 1999.
