Design a direct mail flyer

I am working on an advertisement piece of mail which will be sent to potential clients. I have written all of the information (text) that needs to go in the mailer. However, I lack the design ability to make this letter look good. It needs to be front and back of a regular 8.5 x 11 piece of paper. The front page will be in a letter format to the prospects which will need to include graphics. I don't care if the graphics are stock as long as they look good. The back page will simply be a list of 5 things that needs to be dressed up. Possibly graphics on the back too. It will need to be a color flyer incorporating 3 main colors that our company uses. The graphics can be any color. Once a freelancer is selected, I will provide you the text of the document and the sample ideas I have for it. I don't think this job will be too complicated if you have a good eye for designing, as you will be provided all of the written content.
