Mobile (Android and iOS) and Web Development for a Goods and Services marketplace for the GCC area

The goal of this project to create a mobile application and website focused around providing a centralized goods and services marketplace that services the GCC area. This includes building out the consumer-facing front end of the website to connect to an already built backend. This website will also supplement the mobile applications the Client has developed already for both iOS and Android. *****The Freelancer the employer is looking for:***** An experienced app and web developer(s) that has experience in Objective C & Android Java development as well as experience working with PHP and front end frameworks. The developer(s) must be responsive and detail oriented. The employer is also looking for a Freelancer that could provide continued bug support post-project at a fixed hourly rate *****The employer wants to build a website with similar functionality to the following websites:***** -- [login to view URL] *****The core features of the website and mobile application are:***** -- A landing page where users can see and purchase goods and services, such as: Pest Control, Water Delivery, etc -- A posting page where service providers are able to post their specialized service, both for the mobile application and the website. -- A payment system, like Stripe, that supports online payments -- Duo language support for English and Arabic -- A user profile where Buyers/Sellers can monitor all their active transactions and services -- A backend that will allow the admin to view all transactions, both current and past. *****The current website deliverables for this project:***** 1) Consumer-facing front-end: We have already built out the backend for the vendors using PHP. We need you to develop a front end that supplements what has been developed already for the mobile application. 2) Payment system 3) Duo language support for English and Arabic: We first want the website to be launched in English. Once the website has been launched, we will then want to add the Arabic language support. 4) Website hosting setup: We have the necessary website hosting credentials but need to freelancer to set up the appropriate hosting with said credentials. *****The current mobile application deliverables for this project:**** 1) Arabic language support: Currently, the mobile application is fully supported in English and just needs Arabic language support. 2) Small number of development bugs that need to be fixed: The previous developer has left some bugs that need to be fixed. 3) Source code update: The source code was last updated a few years ago.
