Single App - Kiosk Android App

I am looking for a android programmer / designer to create me a single app kiosk app, for androids. I need the app to be able to block access to everything on the tablet/phone/device other then the app that has been selected and the network/wifi settings. For example, lets say i work for a company and I have all my employees have smart phones. We have a corporate app that i want them to use, but i dont want them to have access to anything else but the app, so i want restricted access to everything but the corporate app. I do want access somehow to the networking and wifi settings in case i use it on tablets that does not function as a cell phone with data plan. So for tablets, i would need them to have access to ONLY network settings like wifi, so they can set up their wifi connection, and our corporate app. That is all.
