After Effects Animation

I very quickly need to have some images added to a video clip and animated to match the sizing and timing of the original. An envelope moves onto screen and flips over. A card exits the envelope showing one side, and then flips over to show the other. I need an image (provided) of text added to the front of the envelope and another added to the front of the card (both inside the visible borders on the art). Then I need a photograph added to the reverse side of the envelope. Because I am traveling in two days I need this simple animation completed in less than 24 hours.
