Article submission to swedish sites only!

I have an article in swedish language! I need a freelancer who posts this article to as many SWEDISH article directory as she/he can! The category is 'beauty'. I need high PR, SWEDISH (only!) article directories only with DOFOLLOW link, using my keywords! I'll pay $1 after every 10 approved different listing with at least PR2! I'll pay $2 after every 10 approved different listing with at least PR3! and so on ($3 - 10 - PR4, $4 - 10 - PR5, so $x - 10 - PRx+1). PR0 and PR1 sites won't be paid! I'll pay extra fee after listing my site in swedish dmoz in relevant category ONLY and I can see it in dmoz! Important: when you bid, bid only with the minimum $30 with 0% initial milestone, because if you understand my payment structure, this will be evident. Other bidding will be ignored! In your private message your previous swedish jobs are welcomed but not necessary. Who hadn't this like before has handicap of course! :) You also have to submit a sample for me, so I'll see you understand my project details.
