We are looking for a highly motivated Biller/Customer Service Rep to join our team! The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: - Answering phones - Verifying insurances - Reviewing and submitting electronic claims - Medical records - Resolving denials/appeals - Checking documents for completion - Other office duties as assigned This is a full-time position, We offer a 401k plan after one year, Health insurance at 90days Employees also receive one week of paid vacation and 3 paid sick days/ 2 personal days for the first year of employment. Looking to hire immediately. Applicant must have reliable transportation. We are looking for a long-term employee who is able to work with a team as well as individually/independently. Having problem-solving skills and the ability to be resourceful is necessary to succeed in this position. No experience is necessary we willing to train the right person.

I am new to freelancer, but have plenty of data entry and customer service skills that I did while working with a web hosting company for four years in three different departments - Chargebacks, Billing, as well as management/coaching. In management, the data was used for collecting data relevant to employee stats and ranks. In this position, I was required to also coach and train those employees in order to better their performance and hopefully have a better experience when dealing with our clients. In Billing/Chargebacks, the data was used for preparing client details to be sent off to the appropriate banking institutions. I dealt directly with the financial institutions as well as upset clients who disputed the charge initially. I learned a lot while doing this job and will take the skills along with me always. Now, if you have never heard about this website, let me tell you that It is a flat sharing ads plateform. Both experiences were just amazing for me. They taught me a lot about the customer support profession, the way we all have to focus on consumer satisfaction and how to work within a customer centric approach. I had been supporting users and customers via emails and inbound calls, through Zendesk and Bliss CRM. I found both experiences cool and amazing because I was always feeling good while supporting people. And once I got them satisfied, I had a good feeling, a kind of pleasure and satisfaction as well.
