Hugo is a Colombian Educational and Social Researcher with studies in Colombia- Modern Foreign Languages, Distrital Univer- Brasil - Social work, Senac- United Kindom - Community Development and Social Research, Open College Networld. He speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Hugo has lived and worked at the heart of communities such as the Jewish in London and Manchester, Latin American Indigenous tribes, in the Andinan countries' rainforest, the Czech, Polish in London and Liverpool, the Muslim in Salford, Litz and Edinburgh, the street dwellers in Sao Paulo Brasil. In addition, he joined to projects pro vulnerable children and women in Bogota, Quito.
