Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Alexandra Laufer, and I represent Vergos Consulting. Our Head Office is in Berlin, but we also have another office in London. I was very interested to read your CV regarding ‘Indeed,' and I would like to take this opportunity to make a proposal, with a vacancy within our company for a Customer Service Officer. Although currently we are Europe-based and provide our consulting services to businesses globally, we are expanding. We intend to extend our services to the USA and Canada. So, we are searching for suitable candidates to become part of our team.
Our aim is to find a beneficial collaboration, one which will provide you with promotion opportunities and develops the company. As we begin to expand, we will require you to work from home as there is no office base. Your hours will be from between 3-4 hours a day, 2-4 days per week, although your work schedule can be flexible. In due course, we intend to open a local office in your area, which will give you a chance for job development. The salary package is $5,200CAD ($4,000CAD per month), plus bonuses and will commence upon the successful conclusion of an initial project.
The prime targets of the position will be company correspondence, client transaction assistance, management of paperwork, emailing and document scanning. Your job description will be to answer telephone calls, check the company emails through the day, and report directly to our finance department.
