Write basic commentary for a research report

Approximately 50 powerpoint slides with tables having data in them, nicely formatted already. I need someone to spend a few hours going through and writing simple commentary on the slides. The commentary is fairly basic, and simply describes the main trends on each slide. I've provided the document with instructions attached. I'll need someone who can read a slide and make some judgements, with minimal help from me. If the project is successful, there is a lot more work like this. Please note, English speakers only with impeccable English as their first language - I'll need to see 25% of the work done (12 slides) before I approve the rest. I'll release 25% of the fee at that point, then release the remainder at completion. I need this done within 24hrs as I have a deadline. Please review carefully before agreeing to take on the project, I can't extend the budget or timelines. Many thanks
