I have made a project for my company and i need someone to write a project proposal and description. In short, it is a online training center for the staff of a restaurants. Website pic is included in the attachment. I do not need anything spectacular, 3 pages max. Basically what i need is: Advantages of online community with texts, pics, training material. Bad sides of using bandwith. Point out that there are no requirements, and that the upkeep is 200usd per year. Vision and goal to educate the staff and to share materials with them. Timeframe is done. There are no issues or risks, everything is secured, nobody can post or send messages, only read. Requirements are only goodwill and web hosting. Describe a project: Every position can see only certain forums (example food manager can see all of them, while team waiter only the waiter forums), user accounts are made by maitred in the restaurants upon request, members cannot post or chat, they can only read forums intended for them, chat on the bottom is only for management to resolve issues. It would be updated by few volunteers across the restaurants, they would have access to write.
